I was asked some of these questions recently. Which led me to thinking about my self love, my heart, and how I help others heal using my heart and heart energy.
I was surprised to learn that our heart has a huge electromagnetic field. It is bigger than the brain, and picks up more information from our environment and sends it to our brain than our brain sends to our heart!
Electromagnetic Field of Your Heart
Did you know that you radiate an electromagnetic field when you feel love? And that doesn’t have to be romantic or emotional love. It can be unconditional love – for a friend or pet as well as your lover. It’s the unconditional love that heals.
Well, I instinctively knew that, however there is now research that confirms it.
Reiki energy, for example, is given freely for healing when a person needs it. And when you have a massage, there is often an intention of healing – of body, mind or spirit. Especially a relaxing massage or a sensual massage. They are given with love, with heart energy, with no expectation of return. So the result, if the receiver is open to it, can often be healing of some kind. Either expected or unexpected.
When you trust, relax and surrender to being pleasured, to receiving the love and healing and energy that your lover, friend or masseuse/masseur is giving you, then you can enjoy the bliss of relaxing, floating, and releasing all that you need to let go of, including tension and stress, to heal mind body and spirit.
